Deposit & cancellation policy
- Payment Policy
On each visit, you will be asked to pay for the treatment carried on the date. All treatment bookings will require a deposit. Missed appointment and late cancellations policy –
- Payment Methods
We accept a range of payment methods including cash, bank transfers, and all bank cards and all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Android Pay.
- Dental Insurance
We’re used to dealing with all the major insurance companies and are able to help you with all the necessary paperwork in order to claim back the costs of treatment you’re entitled to. If you require any forms to be completed by us, please bring this with you to your appointment and drop this off with a member of reception on arrival. However, if the forms are sent to us at a later stage a £20 fee would be charged.

We offer Flexible payment plans and other finance options (T&Cs apply). Please ask reception for details.
- Treatment Plans
You will be provided with a full treatment plan and an estimate of costs following your consultation. Please ask the reception for a print out.
- Deposit & cancellation policy.
- We operate a 48-hour cancellation notice period policy
- If you fail to attend your appointment or give less than 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rearranging, unfortunately there will be a charge of £35 minimum.
- If an appointment is cancelled before the 48 hour notice, your deposit will stay on your account and will come off your next appointment
- The same process is put in place for all bookings made online and/or booking with our reception team
Please note that we have a non-refundable deposit, failed-to-attend, and short notice cancellation policy in place. This helps ensure that our patients provide us with enough notice if they need to reschedule, allowing us to offer the time to someone else in need of dental care.
- Late arrivals for Hygienist appointment:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we can (usually) allow you 5 minutes grace, however this is not guaranteed. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be rearranged and will be classed as a failure to attend and deposit charges will apply.
If we are still able to see you for the remainder of your appointment you may be charged the full fee.
Long treatments:
If you are having treatment that requires longer than 1 hour you will be asked to pay a upfront £50 deposit payment to secure the booking, if you fail to attend and/or short notice that appointment, this fee will be charged and another deposit payment will be required before rebooking.
Saturday hygienist bookings:
Due to limited availability we require deposit of £83 for all bookings.
